Become a Founding Reader
You aren’t just shopping at Lost in a Book — you’re helping write our very first chapter.
The Lost in a Book Founding Readers are a group of just 50 people who supported our little mobile bookstore from the very beginning, while the book camper was still becoming a reality.
Once all 50 spots are claimed, that’s it.
Each Founding Reader will receive their own individually numbered membership, #01–#50, recognizing them as one of the original supporters of Lost in a Book LLC.
And yes — being able to say “I was here before the book camper even opened” should come with a few perks.
Founding Reader — $25
Limited to 25 memberships
Your Founding Reader membership includes:
• Your own numbered Founding Reader card
• Founding Reader pen + sticker
• Your name included in our Founding Readers display in the book camper
• Early access to select shopping opportunities and new arrivals
• First notice of upcoming pop-ups, events and special releases
• Access to select Founding Reader preorder opportunities
• A special birthday-month perk
• Occasional Founding Reader-only surprises throughout the year
Most importantly, you’ll forever be part of the original 50 who helped Lost in a Book get on the road.
Founding Reader — Bookmobile Edition — $50
Limited to 25 memberships

You’ll also receive:
• Your own numbered Founding Reader card
• Founding Reader pen + sticker
• Recognition in our Founding Readers display inside the book camper
• Early access to select shopping opportunities and new arrivals
• First notice of upcoming pop-ups, events and special releases

Only 50. Ever.
This isn’t a membership we’ll reopen every year.
When Founding Reader #50 is claimed, the founding group is complete.
Whether you choose the original Founding Reader membership or the Bookmobile Edition, you’re becoming part of the beginning of Lost in a Book — before the shelves are full, before the camper hits the road, and before we know exactly where this adventure will take us.
Thank you for helping turn a camper full of books into a real little bookstore.
